I will preface by saying I ran my kettle too low on this tea and ended up short on water, but the bag was already wet so I just modified my steep time.
Didn’t want too much tea anyway, just a spot more for the afternoon.

This definitely smells a lot like mango, but with a syrupy herbal sweetness too. I’m channeling Rooibos.

The taste is quite herbal, maybe almost bready on the body? Its definitely “something,” but I’m thinking this is really more of a tisane. There’s a buttery smoothness too. I actually don’t like the texture of mangos all that much (I’m a bad creature, I know.)
Though this one brings that sort of slimy sweetness and rolls it over your tongue. Really the most surprising part of this drink is the mouthfeel and finish. It’s creamy/milky. The empty cup has quite a sweet and pleasant smell to it, like a lightly sweetened caramel milk tea.

I like it, if for the experience alone. Might be apt to try the pumpkin spice variant at some point in the year.

90-100 Stellar, to be displayed proudly if shared with guests. Or just a tea that hits its mark well.
80-90 I enjoy this tea a lot, would purchase and drink it. Fine if it lives in the pantry
70-80 Above Average, would drink it and probably still buy if the mood struck me.
50-70 Average, I would still drink it when available.
0-50 I don’t care for this tea, and have no desire to care for it.
