Popular Tasting Notes
Defiantly my fave tea from Teavana! It’s yummy on it’s own. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right! Very citrus-y and fruity. Since it’s an herbal tea, it can be steeped for a long time wtihout getting bitter or too strong. And it’s a great tea to blend! I’ve been mixing it with David’s Tea Big Apple, Ceylon Star and Kiwi’s Big Adventure (about .5 teaspoons of Wild Orange Blossom per 1.5 teaspoons of DT) and it just adds to the flavor!
I am for sure going to re-purchase this one! :D
Preparation
I’ve never been able to get into this tea. I’ve never really understood black/green tea blends, because they have to be brewed so differently. It seems like one of them is always going to be suffering, and I didn’t find anything especially wonderful about this blend’s taste. I’d rather have either a black tea, a green tea, or an oolong- just not all together.
I’m starting to feel better, and I can (mostly) smell again! This is exactly what I was looking for in a peach-ginger tea. Juicy peaches (yes, kind of like the jelly candy) that hint towards being spiked with some sort of alcohol. The ginger isn’t as strong as I was expecting, but it is there, and it imparts a warming feel. I oversteeped this time and it hasn’t become bitter, which means that the base is something I should investigate. I love me some strong black teas that don’t get bitter (it is somewhat astringent)!
I drink this in a soup bowl with 1/2-to-1 tsp of honey and a splash of soy creamer.
Preparation
Was going through my tea cupboard and found a sachet of this. It smells very fruity and lovely in the sense that it’s sweet. I may have tried this once before, but I can’t remember. The first thing I taste is sweet orange, and its very good. I added a little sugar to enhance the taste, although I’m sure it could go without. I just really love orangey kind of teas. I haven’t found many of them so far.
The only thing I don’t like about this tea is there’s a weird aftertaste I cannot place. It has been sitting in my cupboard, so maybe that’s it. But it’s nothing I can’t handle. This tea is still sweet and fruity goodness.
Flavors: Fruity, Orange, Sweet
Preparation
This Tea has pretty much restored my faith in humanity man~ just UGHHH where to begin?? OK so it had a slight fruity not too overpowering tropical flavor that makes you not have to put alot of sweetner in it, because i hate it when you taste the sweetner more then the tea itself, the color is a golden orange/brown and it leaves an awesome after taste. It’s good hot or if you drink cold tea like a fish does water ,i’m a southener, it’s still good Buy. this . tea
Preparation
The taste doesn’t move me much one way or the other, but this does seem to be a great tea for insomnia. I try a lot of “sleep/relaxation” teas, and this is one of the most effective I’ve tried. It was even recommended to me by my acupuncturist, who’s really experienced with all types of herbal remedies. I’ll be buying this regularly as a sleep aid.
