Popular Tasting Notes

This is my tea of choice for breakfast right now, until I get some German Breakfast or Abbot’s Blend.

Clear and refreshing taste. Pricier.

really easy to oversteep, smell is better than the taste. I got this free when I bought a teacup at Whittards, and I’m glad I didn’t pay for it!

Very light taste. Very light color too. At first anyways. Color and taste got deeper (darker color, stronger taste) over time, after steeping. Very interesting.

The prefect cup of tea in morning when you need gently poke to wake up.
Rich, dark and with a touch of citrus.
Perfect when made with Scottish spring water with a dash of milk, though work just as well served black.
This is my favourite everyday black tea.

Though I did find the UK Twinning Earl Grey is a bit stronger than Twinning’s European brand.

A gift; probably wouldn’t have picked it out myself since I tend to dislike pre-sweetened teas. But it’s OK for a dessert tea.

Looks beautiful in the tin. I am not the biggest jasmine fan, but I gave some to a friend who is, and they were greatly impressed, they soon bought a large tin of their own

#13. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name but not bad. To me it smelled like melons, kind of like cantaloupe. Surprisingly it had a melon flavor since that doesn’t seem to be one of the ingredients. It tasted like the white part between the rind and red part of watermelon. I don’t think it will make it into regular rotation but it was enjoyable.

Not the best Earl Grey I’ve had, but it’s a black tea and it’s what I need right now. Drinking it at Common Roots.

The best Earl Grey I’ve tasted thus far. It’s so smooth and fragrant. Simply delicious. This is one of my staples.
