Here in North Dakota it is cold, Cold, COLD! 10:30 on Saturday morning and it is -19F with a windchild of -42F. This cold snap started 8 days ago. We haven’t been above zero since last Tuesday, when the temperature topped out at 2. ABOVE!!! And we won’t get above zero again until next Tuesday when the high is expected to be 6.
All that is to explain why I love to drink hot tea. It is so soothing and wrming when you live in a place where the air hurts your face .
Cranberry Pear is an old favorite. Last night i decided I deserved to splurge a little so instead of my usual Twinings Pure Peppermint for my evening cup I went with this one. The 100 gram tin is almost empty! I can see the bottom of the tin! I do not plan to buy more tea, but if this were still available i would buy another 50 grams. I suppose it does me no good to hoard this tea. There is probably enough to two or three mroe cups. Maybe ill finish it off during this cold snap.

We’re not quite there, but if the temp makes double digits today, I’m treating myself to stepping outdoors for a minute :)
Maddy we are similar here! It was -42° C this week for most of the week and today we’ve finally warmed up to -24° C with the wind chill!

That is COLD. I checked the site, i thought they would have cranberry pear. (They don’t.) I think anyone should keep teas they rated 100 around. :D
