94 Tasting Notes
I really liked this tea the first time I had it. This time, the peach flavor was just as I remembered it, except I couldn’t taste the tea at all. It was like drinking peach flavoring in hot water. It still smells good sitting on my desk…
Preparation
had another cup a couple nights ago. i didn’t realize that this “tea” is really just peppermint leaves. and it tastes so good! just left the teabag in the cup because of celestial seasonings no bag thing and my i-don’t-want-to-wash-a-spoon thing =P
have to say that this is a very calming tea, almost feels like chamomile. am thinking about getting a box/stealing another bag from my friend =D
Preparation
So I’ve discovered that I don’t really like orange teas, but aside from my dislike of the flavor, this tea wasn’t bad, so I gave it a fair rating. So that I could finish the cup, I stuck some hazelnut creamer in to cover the orange flavor. With that, it kinda reminded me of orange christmas cookies. I think everything reminds me of christmas these days, and how much I’d rather be home than taking finals….oh well. But yeah, it’s good to know what kinds of teas I don’t like =]
Preparation
my first experience with rooibos outside of starbucks/CBTL. gotta say pretty yummy. i drank some plain – yummy – decided to add some vanilla creamer – also yummy and reminded me of a mix of a chai tea latte and vanilla rooibos tea latte from CBTL, my two favorites. perfect combination of sweet and spicy.
