I’m presuming this is the vanilla tea Scooters Coffeehouse uses. It’s real good. Vanilla without any sort of bitter aftertaste or being too sweet.

Sipdown and another lazy coldbrew.

If possible, this one is worse cold brewed. Extremely bitter with no fruit flavor anywhere. I’m so glad to be rid of this one!

I got this in a sampler of teabags from my best friend a year ago. Dry, it smells fruity and sweet. I’m reminded of dark berries, not just generic fruit. Steeped, it tastes like the tea they serve you in Chinese restaurants, or at least the ones I went to as a kid. It’s bitter and would benefit from sugar, but I know sweetening this wouldn’t help the bitterness factor.

It’s okay as a nostalgic tea … but not something I want to drink much. Hooray for having one teabag left?

Best with cream and sugar, or cream and honey.

I’ve had either really great experiences with this tea, or really bland ones; flavorful, or chalky. Needs cream and sugar… a bit harder to drink black.

Works to relax and rejuvenate me. To me, this is another good cheaper tea with decent ingredients. Really pleasant. Not something to hunt for, though.

This one is one of my favorite Tazo’s. It saved me when writing papers, and especially my roommate for all nighters. I love chocolate and rose teas, and the roasted mate give the extra smoky cocoa tasted I like. By no means something to die for, but if it’s available, this is a staple and it makes my world run….I also admit that I am biased to the ingredients.

Why do I even keep bothering with Tazo? I guess in this case, it was free at work, so I grabbed a teabag.

It reminds me of Yogi teas. That same mushy, herbaceous, vaguely medicinal experience, you know? I even taste dirt! Yuck. I blame the star anise and licorice. What a tragic waste of perfectly good cinnamon.

Work has been totally miserable today. I hate having to work Sundays in general, but today has been its own hellish kind of crazy. At least it’s nearly over!

I haven’t had tea all day. Been waiting for a cuppa for awhile… finally just broke down and pour cold water on this tea bag. It’s ….meh. I guess I didn’t know what to expect from lotus flavor, except maybe a floral sensation. Not getting that though. It’s like I’m drinking a tea that accidentally had some Chinese dish spilled into it.

Personally really enjoy this tea. I like that it isn’t very strong but definitely has a very distinct flavor. Wonderfully with a nice book at hand.

A nice blend, too bad it is discontinued. The orange reminds me of Earl-Grey.

It’s amazing to me how much this smells like fresh peaches before steeping. It’s very realistic. That same fresh flavor doesn’t show up in the final cup which is such a bummer! I still taste some peach flavor, but it’s mostly an astringent cup of black tea.

I steeped this too long – got distracted talking to a coworker – so this came out a little bitter. I added a little more cream and it smoothed out nicely.

I haven’t tried this in a while so I can’t remember exactly how it tastes, but the smell is juicy ripe peaches.

Wow, this really does smell like peach cobbler! I’m actually pretty surprised. I can almost imagine my cup being filled with the sweet, syrupy peach filling. The taste is bitter as other notes have suggested, but I can also taste the sweet peach flavor and smell the cinnamon and spice.

I added cream but it’s not mixing as well as I would have liked. Also, the honey is overwhelming the flavors in the tea so next time I may try a different sweetener. Overall, this is an enjoyable cup. Quite the dessert experience.

Backlog.

More of this today. Not a favourite, but nice and refreshing when sweetened (but irritating as a teabag since it’s a green, and I like my teabags to be no-fuss).

Backlog.

Once upon a time, I used to rather like this tea. I think that’s because I sweetened it, because I really wasn’t keen on the bag I brewed up yesterday, until I added sugar. Then, it was delicious – all minty, fresh, and sweet. I’ll probably get through the remaining few bags of this that way (maybe brewing some up to make sweetened iced tea once it finally warms up???)

Perfect with milk and sugar. However, do not steep two tea bags for stronger flavor; your tea will be super bitter.

Still have a whole bunch of this from last summer when I was on a kick of trying to make passion tea lemonade at home. Down to maybe 7 tea bags of the original 16, so getting there.

I don’t drink this hot often, though it is rather nice. Getting a raspberry/blackberry vibe here. There’s cinnamon, but not as intense as in Teavana’s Passion Tango. Supportive role from the lemongrass as well. Quite heavy on the hibiscus, particularly as it cools.
