67 Tasting Notes
So its mid day I have been up since 6 am done a 40 min cardio, taken the kids to school and currently at work and have already put in 13,000 steps and needed a pick me up. I quickly remember that I took my Shagadelic English Breakfast sample to work today and after all it does say to boost your mojo which is exactly what I needed.
I let this brew for 3 mins as I was anxious for my first sip and boy I was not disappointed. This is a gorgeous blend incredibly smooth taste with a hint of honey and malt with a subtle aftertaste. Oh yeah this is a great cup!
Flavors: Honey, Malt

I have now brewed this both hot and cold, I must say that I prefer it cold but that isn’t saying much. The dry leaves smell fantastic lifting your hopes up high. The colour is a beautiful read and now your thinking YES this is going to be AMAZING but something falls short. Don’t get me wrong its not bad but its not great either.
The Raspberry notes are there so is the balsamic, maybe its just a bit too bitter for me even with adding in splenda. Just not my cup of tea!
Flavors: Raspberry, Sour, Vinegar
Oh my I am enjoying this tea this morning. I woke up 6:00 a.m and got my cardio in and am at work enjoying my second big mug full of this tea. The smell has a wonderful vanilla and citrus smell but not over powering or anything the two flavors actually work together. I brewed this up with just one teaspoon of splenda and it was utter perfection. I have been quite pleased with the black and green teas from the tea spot.
Flavors: Bergamot, Citrus, Vanilla
Preparation
I don’t think I like pumpkin chai at all, I have tried Davids Tea pumpkin chai and wasn’t impressed and I tried this one last night and it actually makes me feel sick. Don’t get me wrong I love chai and I love pumpkin but put this together and something wrong happens, I get sickly rotten pumpkin smell. Sorry really didn’t enjoy this one at all!
Flavors: Nutmeg, Pumpkin
Preparation
This has to be one of my most favorite flavored green teas, I can totally see why this is their top selling green tea. I have tried other Strawberry Rhubarb teas in the past and found that the combination never really quite worked however this combo is perfect. The strawberry and rhubarb flavors are sweet and intensify the flavor of the sencha and dragonwell.
I will definitely be keeping this in-stock, so good.
Flavors: Rhubarb, Smooth, Strawberry, Sweet

Birthday Cup number 2 and I do believe that I have properly brewed this tea as I got a wonderfully clear gorgeous red color in my cup, and was so happy to have a light floral, slightly smoky sweet smell. The flavor of this brewed Keemun is so delicious and mellow, I can not wait to re-steep this again.
Flavors: Brown Sugar, Fruity
Preparation
Today is my birthday and because its my birthday I plan to brew a bunch of teas to celebrate. I am a big fan of Gunpowder Green Tea and that goes for this one as well. You can always count on a gunpowder to brew to perfection, the golden yellow is beautiful to look at and the flavor is clean green tea with a hint of a smokiness.
Flavors: Smoke, Smooth
Preparation
I am drinking this as we speak and I am really disappointed because I thought that it was going to taste so much better than what it did. The lime/lemon taste seems so overpowering and yet redundant. Davids Tea has been over doing it lately with all the lemon in their teas, it makes all their teas seem incredibly similar. I didn’t mind the matcha flavor because at least that was adding something different. I am very glad that I just have a sample size of this because I would not repurchase this tea.
Flavors: Grass, Lemon, Lemon Zest, Lime
Preparation
Everything is so new and exciting when you are new to tea and as such today was the first time I sipped a cuppa of Dragonwell. First the aroma brought back such wonderful memories of roasting chestnuts in the fire place that smoky, nutty flavor is also in the taste of the tea as well. This is a wonderful dragonwell and can not wait to compare it to others.
Flavors: Chestnut, Smoke, Smooth
Preparation
If everyone would just stop what they were doing and brew some Mango Tango, breathe in the aroma and take a sip, the world would be a better place.
Seriously the flavor of the mango and passion fruit is on point, pairing it ceylon was the right choice this tea is a new favorite of mine.
Flavors: Mango, Passion Fruit
Omg I have been looking for a tea like this.. What is the tea spot?
Seriously, I have cravings for mango or passionfruit or peach ceylon tea.
It is seriously amazing. The Tea Spot is where I ordered my tea from http://theteaspot.com/
