I really enjoy this smooth grassy bagged green. I tend to steep at a hotter temperature than normal but around the prescribed time. After the tea has steeped I spin the string around the bag and squeeze it until all the green liquor is pressed from the leaves (could probably steep twice but I like the flavor).

Very good flavored tea. You must respect the steep time. 3 minutes is the limit. More time will give you a bitter cup. Produces a red-ish liquor and scent of honey. I believe this will be one of my go to teas when I want just a straight up black tea flavored tea.
