This white peony is different from many others in that it has a very deep, earthy flavor. You will immediately notice the roasty notes balanced against delicate florals. It’s like a stroll through the woods on a spring day.

This Izu matcha is deliciously thick and creamy, with pleasant green notes (peas, celery, apple). Balanced out by a nice sweet finish, this is one of my favourite matcha teas.
