Its smell and appearance will make your mouth water. It has a scent of cinnamon and spices, and shows a golden brown color. It makes medium spicy Chai with a hint of toffee-chocolate-orange-cinnamon flavour. You may feel like this Chai has some magic to it and start to make Chai right after getting out of bed in the morning. It’s an addictively wonderful blend of Chai!
Preparation (one cup): 2 teaspoons, boiling water, 5 minutes. We recommend that you steep for 5 minutes like regular black-tea brewing, which is different from our Masala Chai or Rooibos Chai recipes. Boiling Chocolate Chai in a pot with milk results in an undesirable taste.
Ingredients: black tea (40%), cassia bits, cocoa bean bits, ginger bits, orange peels, cardamom, flavourings, pink pepper kernels
