2007 Yunnan Tea Research Institute * Ripe Pu-erh Tea 357 grams
One and two year old fermented Menghai raw material was blended to make this ripe tea cake. Menghai area raw material has great Cha Qi and even after 45 days of fermentation still retains a nice rich and textured flavor with a smooth finish.
