This is a pressing of a tea that is grown naturally without human intervention. The tea trees range from 40-200 years of age and grown naturally on a steep hillside. They are not pruned, fertilized, or sprayed. They are picked twice a year, once in April and again in October. The combination of the verdant surroundings and the only two times a year plucking schedule gives this tea a potent cha qi, strong aroma, and a complex taste/mouth-feel.
