Description

This is a lovely tippy “golden pekoe” Feng Qing #100 varietal black tea. #100 varietal is a hybrid varietal that is a cross between the original Feng Qing assamica varietal and the Da Bai Hao varietal. The result is a large fuzzy tea with plenty of flavor and a bright warm appearance!

The brewed tea has notes of honey, fruit, and a subtle peppery taste/aroma in the early infusions! This is very much a classic Dian Hong tea but with some added sweetness and body! Also it should be noted that this tea will hit its prime after about 6 months of aging (up to 3 years). Feel free to drink it before then, but do keep the bag well sealed if you plan to keep it for longer.

We hope you enjoy this unique and satisfying Feng Qing Dian Hong black tea!
