A 2005 production from China Tuhsu Yunnan Import and Export Company, the original state-owned enterprise that was opened in 1938. This is one of two commemorative cakes that celebrates that founding. ; The raw material for this cake is entirely Yi Wu mountain fall tea. The flavor is a little sweet and comfortable in the the throat, the liquor is a bold golden-yellow and very clear. Compare with the 2006 CNNP 6051 (a spring production).
