From Yunnan Sourcing US

Hua Xia is an ancient name for China, Jia Zi means “ a cycle of sixty years”. 2009 Xiaguan Hua Xia Jia Zi Cake is a masterpiece painstakingly developed to celebrate China’s 60 anniversary in 2009, the symbolism of the cake as the name. The cake is made from top grade tea leaves, and Diancang Mountain’s natural spring water, artificial processed, then experiences moderate fermentation, and special winnowing and sorting. The cake is round and plump. The tips are fat and thick with white hairs. It brews a bright orange broth and mellow flavor with varied but balanced tastes, lingering sweet aftertaste and pure aged aroma.
Every such cake is equipped with an exquisite gift box. The tea is for drinking and gifting and collection.

Brewing:
Using boiling water to brewing 5~7g, brew more than 10 brewings per 5~7g.
Put the tea into teapot, add boiling water, fill teapot and let water stay for a few seconds before pouring it out. Use the water to wash the teacups too. Then, fill teapot with boiling water again until more than 10 brewings, you can enjoy the tea.
