2008 Xinghai Mellow Ripe 357g
A classic Xinghai ripe tea.
Xinghai tea factory has an excellent "wo dui" fermentation process. The tea brews up a deep and dark, a clear burgundy-brown tea soup. The taste is sweet – subtle and complex at the same time. Each session offers many flavorful infusions.
