Taste: The chocolate taste is deliciously precise and fresh, rather than creamy or thick. With hints of cinnamon, chicory, ginger, cloves and peppercorns – just what you need to spice it up! Chocolate kernals do not contain caffeine, though they do have a lovely clean chocolate taste.
Brewing: Always brew very lightly using a pinch of leaves in a tea bowl or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of leaves per 6-cup teapot. Do not add milk. Boil freshly drawn cold water, warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. If brewing in a tea bowl, top up repeatedly with more hot water.
Ingredients: Chocolate kernels, cinnamon, chicory, ginger, cloves, coconut, cardamom and pink peppercorns.
