Description

A smooth oolong with a lovely roasted aroma and thick sweet roasted taste with cherry wood notes from Shui Lian Dong.

Tasting Notes:
- Smooth and thick texture
- Sweet roasted aroma and taste

Harvest: Spring, May 5th 2016

1st Roast: June 15th 2016 for 9 hours at 110°C
2nd Roast: Agust 15th 2016 for 15 hours at 115-120°C
3rd Roast: September 20th 2016 for 15 hours at 120°C

Origin: Shui Lian Dong (Water Curtain Cave), Zhengyan, Wuyishan, Fujian, China
Sourced: Direct from the farmer

Cultivar: Shui Xian
Tree Age: Roughly 40 years old
Roast: Medium to High

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 95°C/203°F
- Use 2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 2 minutes
