A dark roasted Houjicha possessing a roasted nut taste with sweet caramel tones.

Sourced direct from Obubu’s farm in Kyoto.

Tasting Notes:
- Well balanced roast which doesn’t dominate the tea
- Roasted nut taste with sweet caramel tones

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 85°C/185°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 60-90 seconds
