Considered the crème de’ la crème of white tea. Our Silver needle is grown in full sun at 4000 feet and is typically only harvested in mid March to early April to ensure its quality. Because Silver Needle Tea is less processed than other types of tea, it is very high in antioxidants, which are naturally occurring chemical compounds that kill free radicals. Silver needle tea along with white tea also contains Catechins, which are like super antioxidants because they neutralize the harmful fats and oils in the body and help lower cholesterol. Catechins also inhibit bacteria and viruses from growing and improve digestion while also protecting against strokes, ulcers, diabetes and cancer.*
