Details
Chrysanthemum derived from Greek as gold flower, and known in Chinese as “Ju Hua”. Native throughout China, and prized for it’s medicinal properties. Reputed to remove excess heat from the body which may cause the flu, dry throat, mouth, and facial breakouts. The flavor is soothing with a natural sweetness that can be enjoyed hot or cold. Baby Chrysanthemum is grown in Zhejiang province.
