From Viet Sun Tea

A buddy Spring 2022 first-flush green tea from the Tà Xùa district in Sơn La province. The material used to make this tea comes from naturally growing trees 60-120 years in age. Traditionally processed in wood fired woks. The kill-green process was deliberately cut short just before completely fixing the tea. What’s left is a green tea with low-medium bitterness, moderate astringency and a wonderful fragrance. This tea also has a pleasant qi and lingering huigan.
