Sencha is the most widely enjoyed tea in Japan. Grown in full sunlight, it is recognized by its remarkable fragrance and bold aftertaste. “Chumushi” means mid-steamed, so the steaming process is actually shorter than a traditional Sencha, resulting in a rich flavor that is slightly grassy and sweet.
