Tasty black fruity tea. Doesn’t oversteep easily

I’ve had this box since the fall when I bought it impulsively and then neglected it for months. I finally brought it out to cold brew in my brand new pitcher! I put 3 bags in and left it in the fridge for four hours. The resulting tea has a very candy-like mango taste. It also tastes slightly medicinal to me, which is odd and not very pleasant. I may experiment with mixing this one with plain black tea to see if I can maintain the mango without getting the medicinal taste, but I will not repurchase when I’m done with the box. I’ve just found so many higher quality teas since I bought this box!

Edit: I now see that hibiscus is listed as one of the ingredients. Maybe I’m just interpreting that tartness and medicinal?

I love this tea. I love it so much that when my Mom flew back east, I made her buy me 12 boxes of it because much to my dismay T.J.’s has not opened a store anywhere in my state yet. :( It is absolutely delightful iced.

Wow, I gave this a 41 last time I tried it?! It has been sitting in my cupboard for quite some time now. My husband has been wanting iced tea lately since it is heating up here in Texas, so I threw several bags in a pitcher with some water and sugar and put it in the fridge. This time it tastes exactly like the Paradise tea I was hoping it would be! Have my tastes changed? Had this tea aged well? Is the secret in the cold brew? Who knows! Once I added ice it was a little watered down, so I may toss in a few more tea bags. This tea has redeemed it’s self and just when I was about to give up and toss it to make room in my cupboard!

My 2nd favorite Ice Tea after ShangriLa Tropical, and much less expensive. The $2.00 box has 20 bags. I cut 8 open and empty them into 2 coffee (yuck) filters, and put a third filter on top. I load this into my Mr. Coffee (yuck) Ice Tea Maker TM70 on the 3 Quart Setting. That means it costs about $0.25 a Quart, which is a great deal for a nice fruity Ice Tea that needs no sweetener. (The ShangriLa runs about $0.80-$1.00 a Quart)

Love it. The taste is not too strong or “perfume-y”. I drank it without any milk or sweetener and it tastes very good. I suppose adding some milk and a little sweetener would make it even more delicious!
