Japan’s Precious Dew also known as Gyokuro. A very bright green leaf, pale infusion, and sweet notes.

How to Steep:

Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 1.5 minutes. It can be re-steeped by adding 30 seconds to each steep.
