“Quite honestly, one of the best green teas I’ve ever tried. It tastes like a bamboo forest on a foggy day, really quite extraordinary and experiential.” Read full tasting note

Description

Made in the Hunnan Province, China.
Made in early spring with true artisan skill of pan-roasting leaves, the Jade Bamboo is grown at an elevation of 1000 meters. The traditional art of pan roasting over low heat helps develop the flavor fully and gives it a good balance toasted aroma. We find it similar to the aroma of bamboo. Sweet, smooth, vegetal taste. Brew at 175F for four minutes, mineral water preferred.
