“Ah, I feel better. I guess tuocha is a good digestive aid for both heavy meals and stress induceded dry heaves. The 175 worked for this steep. So 170 for the first three with a splash of lemon....” Read full tasting note

Description

Native Name: Lu Tuocha
Origin: Southern Yunnan, China

Introduction: The Tuocha refers to a family of bowl shaped teas, commonly available as Green tea Tuocha, Black tea Tuocha and Puer (aged) Tuocha. It is made at one of the few organic puer farms in Southwestern Yunnan, China. In making the Green Tuocha, more mature leaves of the tea plant are selected in summer, sun-dried, steamed, and then shaped into small bowls. The process of shaping of the leaves has changed over the years from ‘old-style’ wooden molds or hand pressing, to more mechanized and automated steps. Wrapped with paper, the Tuocha are an ideal size (3 grams) for individual serving.

Flavor Profile: A slightly smoky, brisk, vegetal, sweet green tea from Yunnan.

Ingredients: 100% Organic Puer Tea Leaves
Certified Organic by: Quality Assurance International (QAI)
