HOW TO BREW DA HONG PAO

USE : 4G OF TEA PER 160ML OF WATER. FOR 4-6 MINUTES.
TEMPERATURE : STEEP AT 176°F-185°F (80°C-85°C)
BREW : 4 TIMES
FIRST BREW : 35 SECONDS
SUBSEQUENT BREWS : 50-80 SECONDS
