Description

Renowned as one of the best teas in China, Bi Luo Chun is grown in the Dong Ting Mountain in Jiangsu Province. This tea is known to have been widely enjoyed during Sui and Tang Dynasties over a thousand years ago. Made only using tea leaf tips, the process involves rolling using hands which results in a tight spiral.

Legend has it that Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty tasted this famous tea that is green in color and shaped like a spiraling snail and named it Bi Luo Chun (translating to Green Snail Spring). Due to the unique geographic location, the area is blessed with blooming flowers all year round with tea trees and fruit trees planted in alternation. This is known to give this tea its distinctive flowery fragrance.

The finished product is characterized by its bold and refreshing aroma, thirst-quenching effect, and the sweet aftertaste.Received in its freshest form at The Finest Brew Beijing offi ce; the leaves are once again thoroughly examined as part of rigorous quality control before packing with great care. It is then couriered to our warehouse in South San Francisco to make its way to you as quickly as possible.
