2003 Purple Peacock Brick Raw 250g
The tea is of a very high quality – it’s concentrated in the mouth, full and rich. From tasting, it appears to have a decent amount of old tree leaves in the blend, has nice qi and lingers on and on in the mouth and throat.
Like the other teas in our Peacock range, it’s a tea that we thought was exceptionally good value & of a quality that far exceeds its price.
We found this brick in the storage of an old tea merchant in Malaysia. It’s been stored by them since 2003 & is a gem that appears to have gone unnoticed amidst a sea of mediocre teas.
