Description

This pure peppermint tisane is extremely refreshing. It also makes an excellent after-dinner drink, since it helps to aid digestion and is very helpful against irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or curbing acid reflux.

How to Prepare
Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 208 degrees and steep for 5-6 minutes. Peppermint tea also blends very well with other teas for a minty taste. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
