The best of Taiwanese semi-fermented teas, this jade colored oolong is grown on the slopes of the Tung Ting Mountains. Gentle and remarkably smooth in flavor, with a flowery undertone. Good for multiple infusions.
How to Prepare
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water. Heat water to 195-200 degrees and steep for 3-4 minutes. 2oz of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
