Description

This cake is entierly made of Mangfei tea leaves of 100 years old tea bushes (Laoshu). Mangfei is part of Lincang prefecture where also other famous tea mountains such as Yonde, Menggu, Bangwei and Fengqing are located.

Harvest: Middle March 2012
Pressed: 2012
Typ: Sheng
Taste: Sweet and honey-like aroma with low astrigency but also a bit earthy.
Origin: Mangfei in Yongde, Lincang prefecture, Yunnan province, China.
Preparation: Appx. 3g per tea pot, temperatur 100°C. Rinse the tea leaves bevor infusing with boiling water.
Tip: This tea is ideal to mature a few years.
