Starting from a very natural, certified pesticide-free farm, this producer gathers the top sets of Green Tea, the youngest leaves that are richest in the antioxidant Catechin (the polyphenol EGCG).
The leaves are then steamed, following the Japanese technique, and cold-ground on pharmaceutical-grade equipment, to preserve nutrients.
The Matcha is then sealed in light & gas-impermeable individual servings, to stay fresh for first use. This makes this Matcha uniquely perfect for TRAVEL or OFFICE USE.
