Description

Produced by Guan Zi Zai (which means “the goddess of mercy is present”), this 2009 Bulang blend is surprisingly sweet, yet has a bitter aftertaste that fades quickly. Slightly smoky, there is a subtle but noticeable huigan, and a slow, creeping chaqi that suddenly reveals itself in a moment of happiness. This is not a typical Bulang cake, but it’s fun to drink and priced accordingly.
