I had recently abandoned my variable temperature kettle and lovely cast iron pot for more convenient teas, and boiling water on the stove. It was pure laziness.

I took a roadtrip to Tea Store in Ottawa and chose this one on the recommendation of a girl there. When I got home, I pulled out my trusty old friend and my special kettle, and I was mindblown. Despite my being sick and having no taste whatsoever, I had a strange sense of calm come over me. It was beautiful.

I am thankful that this oolong is re-steepable (is that even a word?) because it is quite expensive ($25 per 100g).

Tastes: Well, milky (obviously) and smooth. The first steep had a very high-quality black tea type quality, and the other steeps have had a high-quality green type qualities. Wonderful.
