Description

A beautiful, top-quality and aromatic green tea with larger, freely rolled leaves from the San Xia area, which is famous for the production of green teas. We buy this tea regularly from a small family farm, which has already won local tea competitions with its tea several times and we traditionally have a limited quantity of it. The garden is run in the mode of natural cultivation without the use of chemicals. Freely rolled leaves have an attractive, spiral-like appearance in the dry state. The infusion is light green, clear and clear. The taste is clean, fresh, sweet. Aroma mostly floral, with tones of green beans. The tea is again entered in the green tea competition and is great this year. Organic teas generally sprout a little later than teas from conventional gardens, so we usually come with it in the first half of April.

Harvest time: end of March 2022

Area: San Xia, New Taipei
