Beautiful high mountain oolong from the Lu Shan area. Attractive, deeper with a fuller body and decent sweetness, which was achieved by medium-strong baking for about 10 hours. Of course, from the gardens in the natural regime, without chemistry and significant interventions, where this year the activity of endemic insects Jacobisca Formosana manifested itself in a larger number (a relatively rare phenomenon in most parts of Taiwan this year). This insect damages the leaf with its suction, the leaf oxidizes already during growth and aromatic substances are formed in it, which during further processing give the tea a typical, rich aroma, in which tones of honey, spices, rare woods and flowers appear, Jin Shuan cultivar lends tea a kind of creamy tone that also appears here.
