This tea is syrupy, sweet and creamy with some almond aftertaste. The mouthfeel of this tea is great. A very tasty tea. It does show some slight astringency which allows this tea to reveal nuts and spices flavours. Initially it had a persistent bitterness but it has since almost totally disappeared.
This is a Spring tea made from ancient tea trees (Gushu).
