Description

Best when from Lu An, Gua Pian pluck includes all leaves and no bud. This gives a straight forward vegetal flavor, similar to Japanese green teas. Our early spring is not as sweet as our first pluck but has a bolder vegetal flavor reminiscent of wheatgrass.
