Hikari Shirushi Sencha
2015 Japan Tea Platinum Prize
Origin: Uji, Japan
100% Saemidori from Wazuka. Very young buds with a beautiful emerald color. Saemidori is referred to as a natural gyokuro because of its natural sweetness.

Strong aroma with notes of pickled plum and a long sweet finish.
