Description

This is a Northern Thai specialty green tea that is harvested from a tea plant species that has been local to the area for centuries. It is infused during processing with a local wild growth herb, giving it an intense rice aroma that will transport you to Thailand before you’ve even taken the first sip.

Distinct from its Japanese cousin Genmaicha, this Rice Tea gives the flavours of fresh boiled rice combined with an equally fresh and clear green tea.

No flavour essences are used in the processing of this tea – the herbs are included in the heating stage and removed from the final product.
