A particularly mild and harmonious Karigane .
Our Karigane Sencha Tori comes from a small and very fine tea farm in Uji , the birthplace of Japanese green tea. It is obtained from the stems of the best Super Premium Sencha . The special taste substances contained in the stems give a Karigane a much milder taste with a slight sweetness .
Tō · ri (桃李) in Japanese means " plum " . The symbol of the plum stands for a particularly fine quality or for “something that is naturally admired”.
