Description

To make our gourmet Hoji cha more flavorful and sweet we start with young baby stems (other green teas use low quality Bancha leaves). Then the roasting process ensures that extra sweetness rounds out the roasted flavor for green tea that stimulates the senses, not your nervous system. The caffeine content in our gourmet Hoji cha is much lower than ordinary Hoji cha because we start with tea stems that contain less caffeine. Experience the calming difference.
