This tea from the China Fujian province gained its name from the fact that it is only produced in spring when the tea bushes carry the highly aromatic young buds. The strikingly fragrant dry leaves have a silvery shine, usually only found in much higher priced teas. The infusion has a wonderful natural sweetness with some chestnut notes. A flavorful tea and great value that we highly recommend. Great for the green tea novice.
