Spring blessing
Flavour profile:a spry, vivacious cup with a lightly smoldering note mingles with sweet, exceptionally mild green tea.
Chinese green pu-erh tea grown at 5900 feet in the misty Simao region of Yunnan Province. As with other green teas, the pu-erh tea leaves used to make the mini Green Pu-erh Tuocha are pan-fired/steamed immediately after picking to destroy the enzymes that lead to fermentation. For this reason, green pu-erh has a small amount of caffeine and a milder flavour.
