Our Sencha is organically grown and made in Fujian Province. The leaves are long and emerald green-flecked with shades of lighter green. Cups to a light golden yellow infusion with a robust and grassy taste. Sencha needs to be brewed carefully with water that is not too hot. Steep lightly at 165–175 for 2 minutes.
