How to make the best iced with with our blends:

Use 50 grams of iced tea blend per liter of iced tea. There are 2 ways to prepare iced tea: clod brew, and hot brew. Experiment with both to find the one that yield the best iced tea for your taste.

Cold Brew: The cold brew method is the easiest method to brew great tasting iced tea. Simply place 50 grams of iced tea into a 1 liter jug, fill the jug with cold water and place in the fridge overnight. Strain out the leaves in the morning and voilà! You’ll have a great tasting iced tea to start the morning. If you find the iced tea too strong, reduce the amount of leaves used. If you find it too light, increase the amount.

Hot Brew: Place 50 grams of leaves into a pot and fill with pre-boiled water. Bring the entire mix to a low boil on the stove for about 3 minutes, then let the tea infuse for another 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the mix into a 1 liter jug and top off with ice and cold water, and you’re done!
