Everyone knows that Dayi 8582 Green Pu-erh Tea cake is a performer as it is made of many large tea leaves – considered as of lower grade for other teas – but not so much so for a Pu-erh tea.
What if a counterpart is made, a cooked/fermented 8582 tea cake? Here it come: Dayi 8592 Ripe Pu-erh tea cake made with large tea leaves, not chopped, with some buds/tips to cover the top surface. It is believed that a new recipe like such would bring richness and sweetness to the table.
Only time will tell. For as is now, it tastes good.
