Korean green tea picked in the spring of 2015 in Hadong district, Jiri mountains. Grown and produced by an organic, one of the best small tea companies making all-hand made tea in the area. The tea leaves were packed in the tea farm so that the very freshness is provided. The tea gives several, even 5-6 good tea brews. Its making (a way of producing it) preserves his freshness even for more that a year.
No, we actully do consider Woojeon or Ujeon(우전) as first flush too. Flushes and sizes are not really seperate things, though. While the names do refer to the size of the leaves, they correspond to the time of the year anyways. Woojeon (우전) is harvested before the “rainfall” (곡우). Woojeon (우전) is considered the “best” because it is rare, and the taste is very soft.
The taste is gyokuro with dragon well feel, absolutely clean feeling/taste, very freshness is piercing and makes you to want more, the cup’s aroma is orchid like, intoxicating your senses, soft sweetness with clean taste profile.
